Distribution Rules

Distribute cases to ensure each agent has approximately the same number of customers

Distribute cases to ensure each agent has approximately the same total loan amount to recover

Target average loan amount that should be assigned to each agent

Maximum allowed variance percentage from target average (e.g., 10% means ±10% from target)

Bucket-wise Assignment

Apply distribution rules separately for each bucket (1-30 Days, 30-60 Days, etc.)

Note: When bucket-wise assignment is enabled, each bucket will maintain its own balanced distribution. Agents can have different assignment counts across different buckets, but within each bucket, the distribution will be balanced.
